Ordering / Payment

All prices of the products that are shown on Orca SB are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Have you found what you want? Then place it in the shopping cart by simply clicking the add to cart button. With clothing, shoes and accessories, make sure that you have selected the correct size. When you have added all the products you want to order to the shopping cart, go through the check-out step by step.
After receipt of the order and payment confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery / Pick-Up

Delivery times differ between countries. Orders within Europe will usually arrive between 2 and 5 days. If your order did not arrive after 7 work days, please contact us at info@orcasb.com.

We cooperate with several carriers. If you order has a destination outside of The Netherlands or Belgium the delivery will be completed by a local carrier. In general, this is your national carrier.

Returns

All of our items are under the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@orcasb.com

It is possible to change or cancel an order, but this requires swift action. Almost all of our orders are shipped on the very same day as they are placed, so contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change something about your order. We advise you to call us at +31 23 526 89 68.

No problem. You can return the product for another item from our store within 7 days after receiving the product. The product has to be unused and returned in its original packaging, including hangtags. Always contact us before returning a product! You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. The full order amount will be reimbursed (cost of product + original shipping) within 30 days. ATTENTION: If you had us grip a deck or assemble a complete skateboard the product is considered a custom product and can not be returned.

In case of a return, feel free to choose a carrier of your preference. Register your parcel at the carrier and they will provide you with a return label.

ATTENTION:

  • If you had us grip a deck or assemble a complete skateboard, the product is considered a custom product and can not be returned.
  • Underwear and face masks can not be returned in regards to hygiene.
  • Never send the returned shoes in a taped up original shoebox. Use the packaging in which they were packed or wrap them in your own packaging.

We try our best to get back to you within three days and offer a suitable solution.

If you made an error in the address you provided with your order please, contact us as soon as possible by phone at +31 23 526 89 68.

Our orders are shipped through our partner carriers. You will receive a tracking number from them as soon as your order has been shipped. Use this number to track the location of your package. If any trouble occurs, please contact the processing carrier or your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number.

We try our best to package the products in such a way that they will not get damaged during transport. However, in case damage does occur, you can return the product for a new one. The costs will be absorbed by us.
